You may return a product within 15 days of purchase. In order to ensure proper credit, the product must be in original package. An RA number is mandatory for all returns. In order to return an item, please complete the following steps:
For health and hygiene reasons there are specific products for which Travismedical.com will not accept returns. These items include any product that is personal in nature (breast pumps, bathroom equipment, incontinence products, urological products, and any other item deemed personal by Travis Medical). If an item should arrive broken or defective, Travis Medical will gladly exchange it for the same item.
Most orders ship via UPS or US Postal Service. Please provide the complete street address, since UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We currently do not ship internationally. Please contact us directly with any questions.

Travis Medical offers Expedited Handling as an option for all products. For an additional $5.95, you can guarantee that your order is processed in 1 to 3 business days.
Travis Medical does offer 2nd Day Air for special needs. Please contact us for a price quote. Please include product name, product number, and shipping address in your email. Our customer service department will contact you with a price quote.
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must travel 2nd day air. The fee for this is $50.00 unless otherwise noted. Travis Medical does not currently ship internationally. Please contact us directly with any questions.
